Otto's Mushroom

$600.00
Limit 1 per order

As a child I remember going through trails in our woods to hunt for mushrooms. We would gather up old buckets with handles, my Dad with his canvas bag wrapped around his large shoulders and we would gather up mushrooms in droves after a dense rainstorm. My grandfather, whose middle name was Otto, came from the old country in Poland and passed on this risky skill to my father. As I look back and remember, I still pride myself when my aged and wizened grandfather complemented me on my eyesight because I could see those hidden spongy treasures so well. Maybe it was more so that I was a small child and just closer to the ground to notice the sought out hidden treasures. I'd like to keep that capacity as I grow.
